It was by far our favorite because it had a real sturdiness to its edges and its metal core. I ended up returning these without even using them because the edges of the spatulas were VERY flimsy (moreso than even spatulas we've gotten from Target, etc.), and the spatula didn't feel like the metal core was very large or sturdy. In addition, the core terminates about 1"- 1½" from the end of the handle, which is also likewise flimsy.That said, they seem fine for what they are. If the flimsiness isn't a dealbreaker — if you consider it "flexible" instead and a plus — these might be perfect for you.Reading the reviews about how non-flimsy and sturdy these are supposed to be, I'm concerned that the manufacturer has changed their product or I received a counterfeit. Either way, boxing 'em up to go back to Amazon.
