My family has been adding borax, in addition to our regular laundry detergent, which has helped on reducing the awful smell that front load washers develop - now that smell is nearly gone from the laundry (highly recommend not ever owning a front load washer). We simply add a scoop to the washer basin with each load and proceed as a normal cycle - works well with delicate items too! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have Convenient bucket! *by on Reviewed in the United States May 31, 2026* What a handy bucket. I love that I can stow this under the sink or on the washing machine without it getting wet and ruining the powder inside. Borax is great in SO many ways. Can’t live without it in our house. From cleaner, to weed killer and beyond. Consistent and versatile. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love it *by on Reviewed in the United States May 8, 2026* The lid can be a little hard to get off. It does not come with a scoop, but I just put a little scoop in there and it does fantastic in my laundry. It has no scent which is exactly what I was looking for you can use it on pretty much any fabric except silk. ## Frequently Bought Together - Luonix Borax, 1 Gallon Bucket, Multipurpose Cleaner, Laundry Additive - ARM & HAMMER Super Washing Soda Household Cleaner and Laundry Booster, 55 oz Box - OxiClean Odor Blasters Versatile Odor and Stain Remover Powder, 5 lb --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.br/products/601329192-luonix-borax-1-gallon-bucket-multipurpose-cleaner-laundry-additive-8](https://www.desertcart.com.br/products/601329192-luonix-borax-1-gallon-bucket-multipurpose-cleaner-laundry-additive-8) --- *Product available on Desertcart Brazil* *Store origin: BR* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
