The references to the original TV program, photos, and text make this a very interesting book. This is an excellent book, I am proud to add this to my collection and am going to enjoy making these recipes.

I can remember watching Julia Child on TV as a kid and can still hear that voice, it’s such a pleasure to have this book. The references to the original TV program, photos, and text make this a very interesting book.
