The pull just gets stuck in the cup. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked for my teen *by C***E on September 4, 2026* My older teen has never been able to swallow pills. We tried gloomy gels and the pill spray and every trick to no avail. First time trying this pill cup and she was able to get a large pill. She used it again successfully this morning. She and we are thrilled. It is easy to fill the cup so the tines do not get wet. I can see how a small pill might have issues falling, but we have not tried one yet.
