It worked great until this week - February 15, 2025 - (of course shortly after the return window closed!). It now locks my computer every time I plug it into the USB port. The drive appears to be mapping to the OS but it never gets there. When I ask File Explorer (Windows 10) to look at the drive, no files are shown and the computer continually searches for the drive. It is like it recognizes the drive is there but cannot show the files. Anyway, as it is now it is totally useless to me.
