I haven't taken a full bottle yet so I will write more when I have taken at least one or two bottles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So Far So Good *by A***R on 26 October 2023* I admit to feeling a little trepidation about these. There are a fair amount of warnings on the bottle. Clearly the caffeine-sensitive should avoid this like the plague. Also, if you drink a lot of energy drinks, maybe best to avoid. Guidance on the bottle cautions you to avoid caffeine while on it, which is probably good advice (that I have not followed). It's got some other stuff in it, but it's approximately 500+ mg of caffeine in the recommended 4 pills per day. Warnings about heart health and other stuff. The good news is, I have been checking my heart rate since I started taking this, and so far no concerns, my heart rate is the same, so I am not worried on that score. From what I can gather, these are intended to stimulate energy and reduce appetite, which, other than exercise, are the foundations of fat- and weight-loss.
