Well, I used it the other day and it was for walking to my truck which was parked about 5 minutes away. I covered my backpack and it fit like a glove with some slack which would be helpful with a bulkier load.It is equipped with a click strap which is very helpful for high-wind situations just like on a motorcycle ride. Well, it was storming and the wind was blowing sideways, switching directions every few seconds. I toughed it out and eventually got to my truck.When I got in, I quickly checked the cover, removed the cover and felt the inside of my backpack. Just to let you know, the content was dry, specially my school books and binders. Needless to say it worked well keeping my backpack and its contents dry, except for the backpack shoulder straps on my chest, that were exposed but that's a given. I was also drenched because I could not pull the cover over my body :P ha ha. I will see if I can test it on a motorcycle ride when its pouring which I hardly do.
