Well the balls are firmer and more grippy, the net is more solid, the bag is nicer and has shoulder straps, you get a useful pump, and a ball measuring device. My advice is, if you’ve never played it and are just starting out, go for the normal set but make sure you get the original. There is no joy in cheap alternatives. I have an original and the pro and much prefer the pro now but I wouldn’t have noticed the difference when I started out. I’ve read some reviews complaining their set broke. Spikeball is a superb customer focussed company. Over the three years, I’ve over inflated one ball, broke one net and recently cracked a rim from over use. Spikeball has replaced all the parts for free. I purchased my spikeball pro from amazon and we use it almost daily! In the last two years, I've eventually cracked two rim pieces and spikeball Inc has replaced them immediately with no hesitation. The game is quality but the customer service from spikeball Inc is out of this world. **Q: If i get this, what is the warranty ? does it over broken net, balls that get out of shape ? will there always be support here in the uk ?** A: Yes, I live in the UK and own a pro set and normal set, and have bought two for our youth club. Over the past three years, I've had a ball replaced, a net replaced and a rim bar replaced with absolutely no problems. Spikeball inc are a top class customer focussed company. **Q: What are the dimensions when it’s not set up , I want to take it on holiday to fit in a suitcase** A: The set fits into a bag that is about 23cm x 15cm x 58cm! **Q: Is this suitable for a smallish garden.
