Review: Great option - Highly recommended by others as a tool to very quickly get you out of a tricky situation without breaking the bank. I have it for kayaking and I’ve not used it in anger yet and frankly I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t. It’s sharp and I’ve no doubt it would cut through rope very easily. I would say, I wish the clip was on the opposite side as it would make it more comfortable to use but it’s a minor niggle.

Highly recommended by others as a tool to very quickly get you out of a tricky situation without breaking the bank. I have it for kayaking and I’ve not used it in anger yet and frankly I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t. It’s sharp and I’ve no doubt it would cut through rope very easily. I would say, I wish the clip was on the opposite side as it would make it more comfortable to use but it’s a minor niggle.

Got this for my boat, very pleased with how it performs. Tough synthetic lines on a boat can be very difficult to cut through, often you have to saw away for ages before getting through them.
