I have waffle knit, chunky knit, fleece and fluffy.. I wanted a blanket with tassels. And this definitely rose above my expectations. I saw some bad reviews. This is definitely worth more than what I paid for it . So I don't know what people are talking about. I haven't watched it yet so I can't speak to that, but I do know that when I do wash it, I will be putting hair ties on the tassels so they don't get tangled, like putting a ponytail. I wash it on gentle with just the rinse cycle, and I won't use any harsh detergent. And then I'll probably air dry it. When you have something nice you treat it nice. So if you just threw it in the washer and didn't follow the instructions or wash it on gentle, that's your problem. Don't give a bad review and blame the manufacturer. It's nice and fluffy puffy, super durable, weighty and thick... But not so bad that you're going to be sweating!
