I tried so many combos and it still wouldn’t open. I thought I was going to be out the money for it. I reached out to them via email that came with lock and they tried to help me get it open and it still wouldn’t open. They then offered to send a new one at no charge. It arrived and worked instantly. I am happy to say that this was a positive experience despite the fact I didn’t make sure it worked when I received it. Lesson I learned here, make sure you try it as soon as you receive it. I am very happy with this purchase and you will be too.
