I have had some problems with them losing the bluetooth connection to my mac, and they make an annoying three-beep sound regularly and I don't know why (even when fully charged). I agree with another reviewer's comment that they are not very comfortable: there are hard plastic teeth to adjust for head size which dig into the top of my scalp. A simple design flaw, the manufacturer should have put the teeth facing outwards. For this reason I would not purchase again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very happy with this product. As I am a trucker, the ability to connect the headset to the work phone and my personal phone at the same time is an asset. The receiving sound quality is crystal, and I'm told that the reception from the headset is also very clear. I tend to wear the headset most of my duty, and find the headset pretty comfortable. I don't find the comb grip to hard, even though I do have a shaved head. The only down side I find, is the sliding coupling on top of the head does stick into the skull a bit. I just found the right position, then wrapped a bit of insulation tape around it.All in all, I would strongly recommend.Ok, I've had this headset for approx 5 months now. never had any problems until now.The headset connects to my phone via the bluetooth no problem, but I now cannot hear anything, nor can anyone hear me. I can still disconnect a call with the button on the earpiece, and everything else appears to be working ok, Has anyone else had this problem?I have checked all the wiring, the boom is fine.
