When I saw similar glasses advertised on TV I wondered if they would work. I got online and found these blue light blocking glasses. I did not want to review them right away as I wanted to wear them and see how they would work. I am wearing them now... To my amazement I found that they do reduce the glares on screens (even on my phone). Trying them out I found that this really helped with eye strain and headaches from daily computer use. I wear computer reading glasses as at my age I need the reading glasses... I know it may seem silly but I just put these glasses right over my reading glasses when at work and it has helped a lot. One of my co-workers laughed at me and I said here try them... they did and she said she could not believe how it made a difference. I was skeptical at first thinking it was a gimmick but believe me these were impressive and at my age the less stress on my vision the better. Even just watching tv at the end of the day was very nice while wearing them. They are well made and fit nicely. I will say I am a big guy, and they fit well. If you are a smaller person these will be big. But that does seem to be in style. As far as performance they really do help out. I have had reduced strain and no issues with long periods of screen time. There is also no color distortion. I cant even tell i am wearing them.all told this is a good pair of blue blockers for the price and they look great. Also they come with a very nice case as well.
