I messaged customer service and Zeti was very responsive, they gave instructions on how to fix with clear directions sent.. we communicated for a week and they sent me a new unit which unfortunately it was damaged...I reached them again and they gave a solution..im just waiting on response as of today.. If anything this company has A1 customer service.
