Is it worth replacing it with this one?** A: I would say no. As long as the cable on your original controller isn't causing issues, like the threaded connector wiggling loose or a kink in the cable causing problems, then stick with the one you have. The only significant change with the new version is it uses the new USB version cable to avoid problems with the connection from cable to controller as the connector just detaches without any trauma if the controller is dropped or the cable goes taught and subjects the connector to torque stresses. Stick with the original for as long as it lasts, then get the new version. **Q: Can it be used to reduce recoil etc?** A: The settings allow you to adjust sensitivity etc. Actual recoil in a game however I'm not certain.
