To start with, when I applied it, on max power with the flat head, there was a really odd 'squidge' sound and a feeling of something being released. Next came a wonderful feeling of...freedom! I had discovered a means to massage myself and in a way that I could even manipulate the areas being massaged to maximise the percussive effects of the gun. You can't do this with a masseuse - well, not the ones I was paying for! This gun has seriously improved my quality of life. I know the names of the medical issues with my spine but cannot (quite rightly) put them in a review as I'm not a medical professional. I can report my personal impression of the kit though and I want to tell any person thinking of buying this to just do it. The build quality and materials used are top notch too. A full charge now lasts the whole week for me and I use it for about 10 mins each morning.
