Absolutely delicious and fantastic consistency. BUT, for anyone health-minded, looking at the ingredient label was hard to stomach. Lots of fillers and especially the presence of ingredients known to be bad for gut health (e.g., Xanthan Gum). At the end of the day, yes, they both have sucralose (another name for Splenda) in them, but the ingredients in this product are far more appealing (and simple) than those in the Dymatize. Ideally I'd love to see an option which used say monkfruit + allulose as the sweetener. As far as "clumpiness" this mixes really well. You just have to know what you're doing with casein protein powders in general in order to mix it smooth. We use a Ninja Bullet blender for our protein shakes and it works great. Very smooth and creamy result. It's also pretty mixable and smooth and creamy just with enough water. The less water you use the thicker it'll be. I've tried MANY protein powders and if you don't like this one I'm not sure if you'll find any that you do like. I'm very picky about taste and texture and relative healthiness of ingredients, and for me this is (on the whole) about the best you can do. Plus it's actually about as affordable as they get. Some of these protein powders are insanely pricely (looking at you Dymatize).
