Thankfully the UK supplier issued a full refund outside the warranty period Victrola in the States tried to offer solid support, but reality is while this sounds fantastic on initial purchase to have three models all fail with major issues after less than 4 months is totally unacceptable and the hassle and to and fro with the supplier and having to return the unit are just not worth the hassle, especially at the inflated price. Problems were the sound would suddenly get jittery and distorted, as if someone was turning the volume up and down very quickly, maling the results totally inaudible. To have this happen once was bad enough. To have it happen again on a second new model is unforgivable. Great idea but poorly executed, presumably because cheap failing components are being used (something Victrola has a reputation for). I've had to same issue and customer support hasn't emailed me back and I've had this like 6+ months. Sent 2 different emails and nothing. **Q: Can it connect to other Wi-Fi system other than Sonos** A: I don’t believe so. It’s designed for use with Sonos. Also beware that the quality of the turntable is extremely poor - you’re essentially paying megabucks to connect to Sonos and receiving a very cheap record player with it. I sent mine back. If you’re not using it for Sonos there are much better record players out there. **Q: In my set up i have both sonos and airplay2 speakers; will this stream to all devices in my household or only to the sonos ones?** A: This unit was specifically designed for use with a Sonia system. **Q: So does this show up and if so what is controlled in the Sonos app?** A: Essentially you set it to auto-play to a speaker group so that when you play a record the Sonos speaker(s) in the room default to playing the record (until you pick something else to play instead). Beware however the quality of the actually turntable is extremely poor - you’re essentially paying $600 for the connection to Sonos and $1 for the turntable. Super smooth with zero glitches. I’ve spun about a half dozen albums and have enjoyed perfect sound quality without glitches.
