This time I have to. I purchased this keyboard for my son who is learning piano. He loves it. But when I finally decide to plug in headphones I discover that there are holes in the plastic case but they forgot to actually put in the jacks. For the auxiliary, pedals and the rest. This is a reputable brand. The build quality is absolutely shockingly bad.
