They offer plenty of cushioning and fit my feet like a glove. I have been running in them almost daily for several months now and they have held up pretty well.Just one advice - I feel these shoes are not exactly true to size like other Asics models, so I would go half a size larger. My size is usually 11D for Asics running shoes. When these shoes came and I tried them on, the very first feeling you get is that they might be a tad bit too small and tight.But after wearing them for a good amount of time, loosening the laces just a little and trying to wiggle my toes they felt right and pretty perfect. Snug yet still breathable and allows you to move your feet around.
