I was trying to massage my back with a short massage tool and I think that compounded my muscle problems in this area due to contortion of my muscles whilst trying to massage vigourously. Once I received this product the benefits were immediate, easy manipulation of those back muscles without stressing any further muscles. The device works amazingly well using 2 hands, one to steady and direct and the order to apply pressure. I cannot recommend it enough! Add to the fact that the cost is less than one trip to the physio, it has to be an indispensable piece of equipment for anyone who is even mildly interested in their physical well-being. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent cannot recommend enough! *by N***D on 2 July 2018* Amazing to use! As a long time sufferer of back issues, I cannot recommend this cane highly enough. I constantly have trigger points and spasms due to the nature of my back injury and this cane is a Godsend. I can get to ALL the hard to reach places and no effort is required to put pressure on in the correct place.I find the spot which is tight and painful and I start with gentle pressure just by holding the front of the cane and pressing in it a bit. Then after a minute or so I stop and reapply the pressure a little harder and I keep doing this until the knot has relaxed properly. I have real issues with my middle upper back and neck the most and this strange but beautiful hunk of plastic absolutely sorts them out. I googled how to use it properly and easily found detailed instructions, so just look it up so you don't put pressure on places you shouldn't. (carotid artery).Yesterday my neck was in spasm and sending referred pain up into my head, 10 mins using the cane and it is as good as new. I find some areas will feel a bit bruised the next day, like deep in my hip but I used to feel that after a deep tissue massage too.DO NOT RUB it on your skin, you apply pressure NOT friction and c'mon folks any dim wit can use google to check how to do it properly.Don't blame an EXCELLENT bit of kit for your own idiocy.FYI my back injuries are 4x ruptured discs, arthritis, bony spurs and I have had laser treatment and injections into my spine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful device *by M***. on 22 December 2017* It’s pretty good.
