Not like every other shampoo/conditioning system. I think that’s where the bad reviews are coming from: people aren’t reading the instructions. Shampoo is great jelly like consistency. Def need 2 washes. Lathers beautifully. Def rinse all the way. Conditioner is also great but you use way less so I wish it was available separately. It is not a standard conditioner. It is a LEAVE IN conditioner. You do not rinse it out. Maybe the people complaining about dryness are rinsing it out. My hair is incredibly soft, and I’m on my 3rd wash cycle. My husband uses it every day. His hair is also very soft. We have both noticed less hair shedding, softer, more manageable hair. I’m sure it sounds insane, but I swear my pony tail feels fuller. Maybe bc of the less shedding? Scent is fine. Bottles do look cheap AF but that’s on their branding/marketing team to figure out. The caps are extremely useful and thoughtful. I live in a dry climate, I’ve experienced no extra greasy residue. Will continue using. And will probably purchase again.

I tried the NATURAL SANT Biotin Onion and Rosemary Shampoo and Treatment hoping it would help strengthen my hair and support hair growth. Unfortunately, it did not work well for my hair type. Every time I used it, my hair felt very hard and stiff when I applied the product, and it was difficult to manage. I like the idea of the natural ingredients like onion, rosemary, and biotin, and the scent is herbal and pleasant. However, I did not notice the softness or smoothness I expected. This product may work better for other hair types, but in my case it left my hair feeling dry and hard.

I’m really happy with this Onion & Biotin Rosemary shampoo and conditioner set. It came packaged well (sealed in a plastic bag), and I liked that it even included an extra cap for the shampoo just in case, little details like that are always a plus. I haven’t fully tried it out yet, but I’m still giving it 5 stars for now based on first impressions. I’ll definitely come back and update my review if anything changes, but so far I do see myself ordering again. The smell is actually really nice, which surprised me because of the onion ingredient. You honestly can’t smell onion at all—it just smells clean and soft, like a gentle soap. The closest thing I can compare it to is that powder-soft Dove scent. It’s not overpowering, just fresh and pleasant. I’ve also heard the shampoo has more of a gel-like texture, which I’m interested to try. Overall, great first impression and definitely worth trying!

I love this stuff. My hair is coarse and curly and when I apply the shampoo I have to use quite a bit because it is kind of thick. I'll leave the conditioner in and I love the way it textures my hair. The smell is good to me and the bottles seem like they will last quite a while. I tried too many shampoos before that did not give me the volume and fullness that this product does. I'll find out when I finish the bottles how well it has done. I would say that it is not for fine hair.

I’ve been using this shampoo for about two months now. I have dry, dyed hair with frizz, and I originally bought this because I went through a surgery that caused significant hair loss. I was honestly desperate at that point, and while this shampoo is not a miracle product, it did help more than I expected. What I liked the most is that I noticed less hair fall and more shine fairly early on. My hair felt stronger overall, and the excessive shedding I was experiencing started to slow down, which is the main reason I’ve continued using it. It doesn’t smell like onion at all, which I really appreciate, and it feels gentle enough to use several times a week (I use it about 3 or 4 times weekly). That said, I didn’t give it 5 stars because it doesn’t clean deeply for my hair type. My scalp tends to look greasy faster when I use it, and my hair doesn’t stay clean for very long. This might work better for very dry scalps, but if you need a deep cleanse, this may fall short. Another confusing point is the conditioner when you read the instructions, it’s more of a leave in than a traditional rinse out conditioner, which isn’t very clear and can be frustrating. Overall, this shampoo helped me during a difficult period of hair loss, and for that I’m grateful. Hair growth takes time and patience, and this product supported that process, but it’s not perfect. I’ll keep using it for strengthening benefits, just not as my only shampoo.

I don’t hate it, but it’s odd. Smells nice. Conditioner is fine, but the shampoo is a very thick clumpy gel. My hair feels soft but it’s also super flat and limp. Been using it about 2 weeks.

I have been using this product for 1 year and a half ! And it’s definitely made my hair grow more but it does leave my hair oily the next day. It’s changed the texture of hair to a more wavy flat hair instead of my wavy , curl type hair. I can’t complain was thinning bad but it’s stopped and I see less hair fall out in the shower and just in general.

The leave in conditioner is good - I would get it by itself. Shampoo is honestly not great - doesn't really foam either.
