I've bought these before and you're paying for the design and usefulness mostly. Keep an eye on the prices as they are often reduced. The marker leaves a tiny puff of green chalk wherever you point and depress it. That's really useful when another marker is too short to reach through the item being secured. I keep mine for that specific need and use other markers when possible. That way you'll get fairly economic use out of it. Expensive, yes but indespensable when needed.
