Great training tool that plays like a Gen 1 paddle. The sweet spot is dead on compared to a typical paddle (I use the Joola TA Mod). I'm a 5.0 player and my friends and I use these paddles to play against each other to make it more challenging and it's harder to put the ball away like it used to be without the thermoformed or Gen 3 paddles of today. It weighs 8 oz and has a carbon fiber surface so it feels like a typical paddle and can get just as much spin. It has more flexibility than I'd personally like on hard drives, but it's easy to adjust to. Great paddle to have some fun with. I'd definitely recommend this paddle.
