A: my mum has one.  The audio is quite clear.

A: Yes it can you set it to any time zone

A: The one I got my husband is English speaking and sounds computer generated so a bit robotic but he can understand it. It is quite clear.

The watch itself is really good - easy to use and good voice read outs. However, I have already bought two watches in three years and the synthetic strap on both has broken in evactly the same place. I cannot find information on replacement straps, so I have just ordered my third watch.. Is there a replacement strap available and if so, where from? I don’t really want to be reordering yet another watch in 18 months time!
