Review: Completed the set - Firstly Global knives for me are the just the best.. well balanced, sharp, light and good looking. If you have never used before you will fall in love instantly. As for this knife, I bought a great set of 6 Global knives and block from desertcart, however the set was missing a carving knife.... so of course had to remedy that. This was the one I chose, and it, as expected, was great. Makes short work of your Sunday roast without ripping your carefully cooked meat! Completes the set perfectly... don't dishwasher though... take care

Firstly Global knives for me are the just the best.. well balanced, sharp, light and good looking. If you have never used before you will fall in love instantly. As for this knife, I bought a great set of 6 Global knives and block from Amazon, however the set was missing a carving knife.... so of course had to remedy that. This was the one I chose, and it, as expected, was great. Makes short work of your Sunday roast without ripping your carefully cooked meat! Completes the set perfectly... don't dishwasher though... take care
