Most one-piece bars: ADV, enduro, drag, T-bar, buckhorn, ape hanger, cruiser and MTB. A cross bar is ideal, just hang it like a backpack. It does not fit two-piece bars or clip-ons, or very narrow bars such as road and fixie bike bars.
How much actually fits in the 3L Valhalla bar bag?
3L, 10.5 x 3.5 x 5.5 in, about four 12 oz cans: phone, wallet, keys, gloves, tools, documents. It holds its shape, so flat items fit best. Strap more on top with the bungee cord (gloves, rain jacket) or underneath with the extra straps.
Will it stay put while riding, or slide and rotate?
For most riding the two integrated straps on the back are enough, and they keep it quick to take off. It mounts differently on different bars, so for off-road we recommend adding the two stabilization straps and the steering-head strap.
