This is the second delivery of saxophone related products delivered to me in shoddy condition this month. My ligature and mouthpiece cover arrived at my home this morning. As seen in the photo, the package had no protective packaging inside. The box the ligature and mouthpiece cover come in was in bad shape. Subsequently, the mouthpiece cover was covered in small scrapes due to light damage sustained in transit. Given that I live in Taiwan and that this delivery comes from the USA, the response of the packaging team is utterly feeble.
