The taste is odd, not quite sure how to describe energy flavour, but it's not unpleasant anyway, it's a gel and easy to drink. You take this pre work out about 10-15 minutes before and you really can tell the difference. I was skeptical as have had pre work outs before that didnt do a lot, but I can definitely tell my energy level increased everytime with these and saw an endurance boost. I tend not to take these before everywork as I dont want to start relying on them, but they're definitely worth it when you just feel sluggish and can't be assed. I bought these for about £20 so at around £1 a pop they're not the cheapest, but I think worth it.
