The case has magnets in the bottom, so you can stick it straight to the back of your TV. If your TV back is not magnetic, use the adjustable length rubber strap to hang it from your TV mount. If neither of these solutions are suitable, fasten it to the wall. Perhaps you're not even hanging the Apple TV and you just want added protection for whatever reason, this mount provides that as well! My only complaint is the standard drywall anchors provided.
