Review: Addition to my cellulite reduction journey - I’ve been using sucking plastic cups as part of my process to reduce cellulite, and they’ve indeed helped. I have stage 3 cellulite, which appears as visible bumps and can sometimes be painful in certain areas. Starting this journey was crucial for improving both my health and self-esteem. The cups arrived in excellent packaging, and I use them with oil to massage different areas of my body. I tend to massage in a sequence of up and down to promote better blood flow. This technique has been particularly effective in making my skin look and feel smoother. It’s important to note that the cups are just one part of my overall cellulite reduction strategy. Scribing, exercising regularly, and reducing sugar intake have also played significant roles in my progress. The combination of these efforts has led to noticeable improvements in my cellulite. I highly recommend these plastic cups for anyone looking to reduce cellulite, but it’s crucial to combine their use with a comprehensive approach that includes a healthy lifestyle and other supportive practices.
Review: Great purchase - Excellent

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I have no idea how it is meant to be used?**
A: Go on YouTube, there's a lot of videos. Just type "cupping Massage" and enjoy watching 👍

**Q: does this actually get rid of cellulite?**
A: yes. but it will take more time. If you use it a couple of times, maybe you can not notice a difference. If you use our shovan anti-cellulite cup every day and for at least 5 minutes per area. You will notice a change after two to three weeks. If you have massaged correctly, you will see redness afterwards. This is a good sign that shows the blood and lymph circulation have been boosted. And the redness will disappear after two weeks.

**Q: Is this coming with a bag? Is this made of medical silicone? Is this without phthalates?**
A: Not included a bag, this is made of medical silicone

**Q: will any oil work with the cup?**
A: Hi, Yes any oil would work but we recommend oil that is easily absorbed.

Excellent

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ No frills cups do the job
*by A***N on 2 November 2022*

The items arrived in very basic no frills packaging.. this is not a criticism just a comment if for a gift it looks unfavourable. However the products works perfectly well & feels sturdy in the hand when cupping . so it is exactly what I needed, but no thrill & excitement in the unboxing. Happy with the product & saving the planet with less packaging waste.
