It's very convenient as it keeps forever in the fridge and you can scoop out as much or as little as you need. I find it has a nice flavour and while it's quite expensive I think it's worth it.

**Q: I've never used a paste bouillon.  Does it need to be refrigerated once opened?**
A: No, I keep it in the cupboard and it lasts for months. Much better taste than stock cubes .

**Q: What is the expiry date on this product?**
A: I bought mine in april 19, the expiry date is july 20

**Q: I tried it today for my first time. i found it extremely salty even when i never used salt. where did i go wrong or how do i 'disguise' the saltiness**
A: I never followed instructions I just added boiling water until the desired taste was achieved . Perfect for king prawn linguini but only when made up not too strong as it will reduce .
