I use it in combo with the Weleda Arnica bath soak and it just makes me a lot more comfortable. A Weleda rep I spoke to said that this and the bath soak are very high in arnica and shouldn’t be used during pregnancy however. Makes sense as to why it’s so effective. Have also referred friends onto this and they say it’s made a big difference to them too.
