I just smelt it and it smells fine, I wouldn’t be throwing it away until I don’t think it smells OK. I can’t advise you on that though. It is scrumptious by the way as is their green curry paste. **Q: can this product be shipped with out refrigeration?** A: Yes **Q: When i tried this the soup was just like water with an oil slick on top. am i doing something wrong? any advise?** A: Tom yum is a thin broth very spicey but just a base really. I add sliced mushrooms red capsicum lemon grass fresh coriander.
