## Description

The Quad Lock Universal Bike Mount Kit V2 is designed using a strong 3M VHB adhesive that can be adhered to the rear of your phone or protective case to allow almost any smart phone to be attached to your bike. The Quad Lock Universal mount gives you the freedom to incorporate the Quad Lock Mounting Systems with almost any device. PLEASE NOTE: The 3M VHB adhesive used on the Universal Adapter will adhere to most non porous surfaces such as metal, glass and plastic. It will not adhere to rubber, silicon or TPU. Surfaces that are very curved or textured will not adhere well to the 3M tape. Make sure the surface is cleaned thoroughly before applying the adapter. The 3M tape is a single use adhesive and is NOT re-usable.

Review: Fantastic holder, very secure - This is great, I use it on my mountain bike. I got this to replace another type of holder that didnt work so well. This stays put when we go off road across bumpy fields and tracks. It feels very secure and at the minute I only have the elastic band holders as waiting to secure it fully with the zip ties provided. The only part that needed adjusting for me was the holder wouldnt adhere to the back of my phone although it is glass and it does say it might not stick to it very well. I just bought a very cheap matte case and have superglued the holder to that and just remove it when I am not using the bike.

**Q: Is this waterproof?**
A: The kit itself will not prevent your phone from getting wet, but you can buy a Poncho to go over your phone that is water-resistant/proof.

**Q: Do all iPhones fit?**
A: You have to stick the kit to your phone case, so it theoretically works with any phone. But it didn't stick very well to my case.

**Q: Does anyone know if this works for the moto g5?**
A: This works by adhering to the back of your phone or shell, so it should work with just about any phone. Once stuck it can't be removed, so you probably wouldn't want to stick it straight onto the phone. You need a shell with a smooth surface to stick to (although having said that, it didn't work on mine and I had to resort to superglue).

**Q: Does it fit on a brompton handlebar? Does anyone use it on a Brompton bike?**
A: Yes it does . It works on any handlebar

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sticky pad didn't stick, otherwise great product.

Like another reviewer, I followed the instructions to the letter, but the peel 'n' stick pad would not stick to my phone's case (and yes it was a smooth clean surface). I therefore pulled all the sticky material off the disc, and stuck it straight on to the case with superglue instead, which worked fine. The mounting block is a bit tricky to get in position, but once in place it is firmly fixed by very strong rubber bands and cable ties. Phone now easily locks in place with a 45° twist. To unlock, pull down the locking sleeve on the mounting block, and twist the phone back through 45°. With the adhesive problem resolved, this is a great piece of kit. However, having to faff about with superglue costs it a star.
