The projects include different potholders, various edgings for towels, bags, slippers (baby and children), blankets, shawl, scarf, cushions and dishcloths. There are written instructions and graphs (in most cases but not all). The graphs are in colour and very clear. Each project uses DMC Natura Cotton but this could be substituted for other yarns if desired. Many of the motifs could be used for other purposes eg the flower cushion motif could be made into a blanket or bag. This is a very lovely inspirational book. Many of the projects would be suitable for a beginner/someone with a little understanding.
