It’s not a bad coverage. I would say this root cover-up cover up for small section of grey coverage. It does not budge like some of other brands. I have dark brown hair colour and this colour match quite well. I say this product perfect to use in between salon and colour starting to fade. Follow instruction carefully by pressing down firmly into roots and not sweeping motion. My only criticism this product is a little pricey but will last. I only use it for special occasion. It’s not messy however I have not tried under a humid environment yet.
