Planets? Nebulae? Galaxies?** A: This is my first telescope and have had this about year, I live about 4 miles from Manchester city centre UK so light pollution pretty bad. However what a telescope I love it. I have great views of Jupiter , Saturn Mars and Venus. Have good views of The Orion Nebulae ( bearing in mind its not the Hubble ) can see other nebulae faintly, though these views would improve in less light polluted areas. Can make out the disc shape of andromeda. There's still plenty more to see, I have upgraded the eyepieces plossls. **Q: How does this telescope compare with the astromaster 130eq-mdand which is better as a first time telescope** A: The 130EQ-MD is the better of the two.
