I keep one in the freezer as a cold compress and one on the side to head up in the microwave x **Q: How can you heat with no micowave? Thks** A: Alternate Heating Method: Submerge pack without sleeve in pot of water. Pack cannot touch bottom of pot. Bring water to boil, remove from heat, and keep submerged for 1-2 Minutes. Test pack temperature before application. If desired temperature is not reached, submerge for one additional minute. Place packs in sleeves before using. **Q: Can the hot or cold breast therapy pack can be heated in hot water on a hob. I don't have a micro wave .** A: Hot water should work. In fairness I found a wheat pack better for heat.
