Unlike some low-cost golf aids I've bought in this past, this is a proper bit of kit and it gives you the impression it will take a lot of wear. From a use standpoint, once you get used to fiddling both arms down into the band and selecting clubs with your elbows essentially tied together, it really does do what it says on the tin. I'm a single figure golfer who hits it a long way but with poor accuracy; poor connection with my arms has always been an issue. This device really helps you keep your arms moving as one unit. In fact it quickly became apparent that, unless I improved my posture and using my chest and arms together for more of a one-piece takeaway, that I could barely get a decent strike on the ball. Initially it was slightly uncomfortable and frustrating, but that was my fault. I had problems that needed ironing out and this really helped. In the first session I really struggled to hit any proper full shots. However, what happened on my next visit to the range was the real eye opener. On my return the following day, hitting balls without the Power Band, the improvements in posture, takeaway, connection and rhythm immediately translated into improved ball striking. My subsequent visit a couple of days later showed this was no coincidence. Since buying the band I've only used it occasionally for 10-20 shots at a time to reinforce the general feeling of connection and compactness promoted by the tension of the device. Without being too over the top, I can honestly say it's the best value for money golf aid I've bought in terms of cost, quality, ease of use and effectiveness. It's super simple and super effective and I'd bet that anyone from a 6 to a 36 handicap could benefit from hitting a few balls using the Power Band. PS. No incentive for me to promote this product. You can hit shots with the band on, but it seems to work better for short irons for me. I don't know anything about the impact ball, sorry! **Q: Is this fully adjustable to fit a petite female - thanks.** A: No this isn't adjustable but as the band is to keep the upper arms connected tightening the straps isnt necessary as the band restricts any form of separation, this is a great practice aid for very little money and will give you the feeling of a connected golf swing **Q: Does the left arm go in the smaller loop ?** A: Both loops are the same size the picture is misleading **Q: Will this be too big for ladies?** A: I don't think so.It fits quite snugly round your arms just above the elbows. it does cure "chicken wings or flying elbows." Also helped that it was on offer when purchased. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best golfing aid for new golfers and high handy cappers can buy. *by S***Q on 2 January 2013* I bought this after remembering a few times at the driving range strangers kept throwing remarks about my elbows doing the funky chicken! As usual when I tried to keep my elbows in and by my side everything else went wrong. I thought I'd buy this, as it was cheap and I thought it's something that wouldn't hurt too much if it didn't work. Wow is the results; the more my elbows try to flap it pulls on the other arm instantly reminding me that my swing is going wayward. it really works. I've been playing for about 3 years and never had a lesson (pride prevents me!) this has helped me keep my elbows close and bend my elbows this has given me so much power and I'm NOT straining and hurting my body. I use it at the beginning of a session and then if I start to fall apart the Power band goes straight back on. This has helped me develop my swing so much and yes I'm swinging easier and the ball is going straighter and far further. If I'd bought this when I first began I think it would have advance my golf by two years no kidding. I bought the SKLZ Tempo Grip Trainer two years ago and I'm using that only effectively now! As it will not tell you if you have a fundamentally flawed swing; oh the time wasted is a lesson learned harshly!
