A: Hi there, No these don't come with Needles just a syringe

**Q: what size is the actual length of item in mm/inch ?**
A: They are about 3 inches long

**Q: What width is the tip of these? Looking to buy some tubing to fit on them?**
A: The very tip of the syringe is approx 4mm  and the hole is probably 1mm,  I find it suitable for lactolose medicine I have to give my cat each day, no problem with the thickness of the nozzle hole for the syrup, flows freely
