By the time I got to the garage the tyre was still full of air and there was no sign of leakage. Because the tyre had been completely flat and she had needed to drive it a little way to get off of a main road the tyre was buggered and needed replacing, the garage ordered a new one which was not available until the next day she I drove it 4 more miles home. In the morning my wife drove it again (without needing to add more air) back to the garage. So this stuff really does work and it works on pretty large punctures.
