**Q: how do you install it. how to remove the old one. similar**
A: Hello, I removed my old one by removing the 3 front screws and pulling it out, pretty simple. My old one did have caulking so I had to remove most of the caulking with a razor blade and a screwdriver before being able to insert the new unit. But I’d say it took me about 10 minutes , these things work great.

**Q: What does "recalibration available" mean?**
A: In the middle of pointer, there is a slot, when hold the pointer, using a flat end screw driver, we can adjust the pointer slightly, so if there is slight tolerance, we can re-calibrate it from the pointer.
