A: Best way to get heme iron is to actually eat red meat and don’t cook your meat till it’s all brown. Do you want a pink in the middle, At least. If you have an iron deficiency, you should definitely be eating meat. I am severely anemic from being veg@n. It ruined my body. I haven’t been vegan for a very long time, but I was veg@n for 10 years and, most veg@ns have iron deficiency’s and it for me. It’s a good idea to eat. Just eat a steak to get your heme iron and of course, take your supplement with a vitamin C
