Sprayed and massaged three to four squirts on one foot and wiped the excess in my “bat wing” area. Was a bit tacky before being completely dry; a few minutes. After some research, I wanted to see if Magnesium Chloride would help me with my inability to sleep soundly beyond 4 hours a night and if in turn my anxiety would lessen. For the price and after reading the reviews AND the money back guarantee I literally had nothing to lose. I tried the spray for a multiple nights before writing a review. Sprayed and massaged three to four squirts on one foot and wiped the excess in my “bat wing” area. Was a bit tacky before being completely dry; a few minutes.
