These Resistance bands provide an easy, stress free and gym free way for her to get in her exercise. The bands are the perfect range of weight for a woman in her early 50s and feel strong and intuitive to use, the door wedge and hand holds are also very useful and expand the way my mother is able to workout. My only gripe is the quality of the bag and the exercise instruction manual are somewhat lacking compared to the rest of the set.
