Review: Is recommend this if you have a weak ankle. - If you have a bum ankle like I do this thing helps better then an ace bandage. I have a bum ankle since an incident when I was 12. As an adult when I can feel when it's not at its strongest and need to wrap it to go to work, hike etc. It definitely makes me feel more sturdy. They are comfortable and fit well. I haven’t seen any improvement in my plantar fasciitis with using these socks, but that is less attributed to the socks and more so in how bad my feet are. There is a noticeable difference in pain after wherein them for a day as apposed to days I do not use them.
