We have been very happy with our three existing fans and am pleased with our newest purchase. The Sofucor designers always offer unique looks … especially with the fan blade designs. We regularly get compliments on our fans. The new fan is sleek and a bit modern in design. Packaging is secure and the fan’s components all were in great shape. The instructions were simple and straightforward. There are also installation videos available on-line if you need them but the printed instructions were good for me. I like that the internal wiring (for the light and fan) are a simple clip together design. The fan comes with two lengths of rods so there is some flexibility for ceiling height adaptability. For me, the most challenging aspect of installation is the wire (and controller) management. This can be a bit tricky but with patience everything fits in the housing as needed. The fan can run off a wall mounted switch but also has a slick remote that handles all functions. One nice touch is the three different light colorizations ranging from warm to bright. Each choice effected our color scheme uniquely and one version really made the colors in our kitchen more pleasing. Of course, the fan offers a reverse function and multiple speeds. The fan and motor is very very quiet.
