**Q: Were to get fabric if run out also the thread please**
A: You can use your own fabric (we do not recommend using Denim). Thread refills can be found at your favourite toy retailers/online marketplaces.

**Q: How do you stop the stitches unravelling?**
A: If your thread keeps unraveling, please try these troubleshooting steps:
1.Please ensure that you use the cutting tab and do NOT cut right below the needle - this will not lock the stitch.
2.Do not cut the string too short. Leave at least 2.5 cm / 1 inch or it will come undone.
3.The machine may have skipped a stitch; please pull out the thread and redo this stitch.

**Q: Once the supplied extras ( thread and fabric ) run out can I use normal good quality thread and fabrics ? And what fabrics would you recommend using.**

**Q: Is it possible to buy some needles replacement in case they break?**
A: I have searched everywhere (including the brands website) and I haven’t been able to find any.  You can however buy them as part of a kit and there are several different kits on Amazon
