A: In short it can be good for weight loss.  Weight loss is all about calorie deficit.  If you use this as a meal replacement and you are taking in less calories than your body requires then yes it can.  That being said many people use it as a supplement to gain weight/bulk up, so ultimately it’s going depend on how you use it and your bodies caloric demand whether you have a calorie deficit or surplus.
